Project Performance Management (CORE) Will provide a hands-on approach to calculating, understand- ing, and using earned value management techniques. The history of earned value management will be discussed. Different techniques for framing earned value analysis and calculating and using earned value will be presented. The role of earned value in the broader context of project management will be examined.
