Moot Court Board II

Spring semester continuation of Moot Court Board II. Restrictions: 3L ONLY Course Note: Students must enroll in Fall and Spring semesters individually to receive full credit. (LAW 1005, LAW 01005) Moot Court Board II is a year-long course worth 2 to 4 credits based on position held on board. Registrar's Office will adjust credits after registration and position assignment. Students selected to the Moot Court Board in their second year, who satisfactorily complete the requirements of membership, remain on the Board for their third year. Students may also be selected for the Moot Court Board based on their performance in the Reimel Moot Court Competition or the open tryout competition. Third year members of the Board must compete in at least one outside competition, assist with the first year Legal Writing program, including drafting the bench memoranda for the first year appellate advocacy problem, assisting with practice arguments for outside competitions, and handle other administrative duties related to the Moot Court program.
