LAW 7204 :
Resolution of Intl Commrcl Dis

In today's increasingly globalized world, many transactions involve multiple parties from two or more countries. Resolving disputes that arise in the course of these transactions can be very complex, requiring lawyers to select among and navigate various transnational processes, including negotiation, conciliation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. This module will introduce students to these processes through lectures and discussions, and through role playing in a simulated dispute which the students will attempt to resolve using the foregoing techniques.
