LAW 5043 :
Adv Legal Writing

This course will provide students an opportunity to improve their research, analysis, and writing skills; this course will provide instruction on editing and concise, clear writing & advanced persuasive writing. In addition, students will be given a number of different assignments that mirror documents written on a daily basis in practice: legal analysis and research assignments on a variety of topics (communicated by email), law firm blog posts (targeted to specific student interests), and advanced persuasive writing. This is not a remedial course.
