Application of a variety of models, methods, tools and techniques for business technology management, including business scenario development, business technology case development, total-cost-of-ownership analyses, return-on- investment calculations, technology asset management, technology selection, and technology performance evaluation, among other business technology management problems. Students will apply the models, methods, tools and techniques to real problems.
