LAW 7062 :
Advanced Appellate Advocacy

The purpose of this course is to provide guidance to students concerning how to handle an appeal in the federal and state courts on a practical level. Toward that end, the class may attend oral arguments at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and/or the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. We may also meet with a Judge from one or more of those courts. This course does not satisfy any upper-level writing requirement.
