Introduction to Legal Research
A working knowledge of Legal Research techniques is acquired by classroom instruction, exercises, and training sessions requiring the use of legal information resources, including printed sources, legal-oriented databases, and the Internet. Primary emphasis is on access to Federal and State case law, legislation, and administrative regulations. The course also focuses on the use of electronic resources for legal research.
