Externship:Consumer Bankruptcy

The Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project (CBAP) provides both debt counseling and legal assistance to clients who file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Students enrolled in this externship will counsel clients on whether it is in their best interest to file for bankruptcy and, if so, will assist volunteer attorneys in representing clients in the bankruptcy proceedings.
