Oil and Gas
This course deals with legal issues associated with the ownership of oil and gas. Topics include the nature of oil and gas interests, the rule of capture, correlative rights, conservation regulation, trespass, adverse possession, leases and deeds, conveyances of fractional interests, farmouts and operating agreements, pooling and unitization and fracking.
