Business Technology Convergenc
Focus on the development of a business technology strategy for an individual company. Part one of the course will look at the pieces of business technology strategies, tools and techniques for benchmarking, project prioritization, project and portfolio management, TCO and TOI modeling, among others. Part two of the course will focus on the development of actual strategies. The final deliverable for the semester is a clean draft of a company's business technology strategy.
