Juggling People & Expertise
Challenges participants to develop and refine instructional leadership skills, particularly those relating to curriculum and instructional inprovement. Skills training includes: leading the curriculum and staff development process; collaborative teacher supervision and evaluation; managing the environment; and communicating within the system hierarchy.
