Eukaryotic and prokaryotic gene organization and function; analysis of patterns of inheritance; recombinant DNA technology; linkage and genetic maps, genetic variation in human populations; inheritance, diagnosis and treatment of metabolic disease; cytogenetics; immunogenetics; cancer; developmental genetics.
