This course surveys management theories and conceptual frameworks and their practical applications with a focus on building leadership skills for today's organizations. Topics covered include management, planning & controlling, organizing, leading and global diversity. Students will assess leadership qualities (self and others) and develop a presentation/plan to enhance an organization's structure and practice.
